Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the UK and selected EU countries. International shipping is available to selected destinations.
How much is shipping?
- UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.45
- EU: Royal Mail International Standard – £6.00
- Rest of World: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs or VAT if I’m in the EU?
No — orders are shipped using the IOSS scheme, which means all duties and taxes are covered at checkout. You won’t have to pay extra VAT or customs fees on delivery.
How long does shipping take?
- UK: 2–4 working days from dispatch
- EU & International: 3–7 working days from dispatch (varies by destination)
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes — we offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, with tags and hygiene strip fully intact, and returned in their original The-Colour box.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds. You can request an exchange or store credit if your item meets the return conditions.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at Customercare@thecolourswim.com with your order number and request. We’ll send you instructions for sending your item back. Customers cover return shipping costs; we’ll cover the cost of sending your exchange.
What if my swimwear has slight lines or catches in the fabric?
Our premium stretch lining can show minor hosiery-like effects — these are natural and not considered faults. They don’t affect the fit or quality of the garment and are not eligible for return.
